Certification protects your agencies, and it protects you. Before you “go live” with changes to your download transactions, we require that you send a set of test files to our certification team. We document any errors in the record handling, and interact with you until we can certify your process. In fact, carriers universally certify their processes with us before submitting to our competitors — because even our competitors freely acknowledge that we have the best certification department in the business.

Initial Load Service. When one of your agencies implements a new system from Applied, you could work directly with them to transfer information on existing policyholders. But you’ll likely find it far easier to offload the whole task to us.
