Tighter Interface Relationships with Agencies

Our Interface Optimization Services bring your agency interface into the tightest possible alignment with your agencies’ workflows. Since these services are interdependent, we offer them as an all-inclusive service package, under an annual agreement.

Interface Development Toolkit. With your agreement, you have use of our CUOnline development toolkit. The toolkit lets you create Web edits, which fine-tune the interface presented to your agencies so you can gather supplemental information. This capability intercepts incoming agency inquiries as they arrive at IVANS, verifies the incoming data for completeness, then pushes out follow-up forms for gathering corrected or supplemental data. You can use this toolkit to gather or reformat information that falls outside of the standard ACORD forms, to guide your underwriting or ensure that only clean data (as you define it) enters your system.

Agency System Test Accounts. We establish test accounts within our online versions of TAM and Vision (and soon, Epic) for your exclusive use. The accounts are connected with IVANS Mailboxes (for download transactions) and Transformation Station (for real-time). Essentially, you have your own complete agency system that you can use for preproduction testing. You see exactly what your agencies see when they interface with you, so you can verify that interchange is correct and as-intended before you commit to production.

Real-Time Training and Webinar Services. We’ll partner with you to develop training and webinars for your agencies, tailored to the workflows and nuances that your interface presents. If you require special security measures, different form fields or special steps, this is the ideal forum for presenting them to agents all at once. We’ll also co-present with you at your national or regional sales meetings, or other gatherings. You can take advantage of these training opportunities at no charge, provided they fall under terms of the Interface Optimization Services agreement.

Agency List Matchups. Optimizing your interface is much easier if you know the software and version your agencies are running. Send us a list of your agencies, and we’ll return a list that includes the Applied system they’re running, version, and number of users they have.
