We maintain a close working relationship with IVANS, an independent company that handles real-time interfacing between our systems and insurance carriers. Through this relationship, you have access to real-time carrier data for quoting, rating, policy information, claims status and other information for serving your customers accurately and promptly. IVANS provides this data through Transformation Station, an Applied Systems application that works in conjunction with Epic, TAM, DORIS and Vision. It uses an open-standard interface and ACORD XML standards for real-time communication via the Internet. While developed by Applied Systems, these technologies are also available to our competitor companies as part of our overall commitment to our industry.
