Real Time

The real time interface allows your producers and CSRs to communicate directly and immediately with your insurance carriers. It provides a single, efficient workflow for servicing or quoting. One click from the client file in our agency management system takes you immediately to carrier information on that client. For tracking and E&O risk control, the system generates activity messages and attaches them at the customer, policy or claim level and optionally assigns them to CSRs or producers.

• Alerts!™ Company Messages allow carriers and other authorized parties to send messages directly into your agency management system. These can include notices about policy- or claim-related events such as non-pay cancellation, advance renewal notices, claim number or adjuster assignments, and more. As you receive each alert, the system creates an activity for tracking and assigns it to the appropriate CSR.

Batch Download

Batch download is the process of updating your agency database with renewals, endorsements, new business, cancellations and reinstatements from the carriers.
