Applied Systems on 17-year streak for top industry honor

Named ACORD Download Vendor of the Year since 1993

Las Vegas – ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum – May 24, 2010 - Insurance technology company Applied Systems today was named ACORD Download Vendor of the Year, marking the 17th consecutive year in which more pairs of agencies and carriers communicated through Applied Systems agency management systems than through any other vendor’s systems.

Since 1993, Applied Systems is the only insurance technology provider to be recognized as Download Vendor of the Year for Total Implementations. The award is bestowed annually by the Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development (ACORD), the U.S. nonprofit insurance standards association.
